01. Objective and Pre Production
Objective
Be Maad is a Paris-based luxury jewelry brand with manufacturing facilities in Jaipur, India. The brand seamlessly merges Parisian sophistication with traditional Indian craftsmanship to create exquisite, high-end jewelry. For Be Maad, the primary objective of the video series was to craft engaging and visually captivating content tailored for their social media advertising campaigns. The goal was to attract a wider, style-conscious audience by showcasing not only the elegance of their designs but also the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into every piece. These videos aimed to reinforce Be Maad’s brand identity, increase social media engagement, and ultimately drive brand awareness and conversion.
Pre-Production
In the pre-production phase, we worked closely with Be Maad to define the tone, messaging, and visual style of the video series. The client wanted the content to reflect the artistry and passion behind their jewelry, with a focus on both the design process and the final product. Given the fusion of French luxury and Indian craftsmanship, we proposed several concepts that would highlight different aspects of their jewelry, such as the inspiration behind the designs, the intricate handcrafting process in Jaipur, and the precision involved in production.
We designed the video series to be modular, allowing each video to focus on a specific element of the brand—be it a behind-the-scenes look at the artisans at work, a detailed showcase of the finished pieces, or a glimpse into the technological innovation driving Be Maad’s jewelry-making process. This structure ensured that the content remained varied, fresh, and engaging for their social media audience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Once the creative direction was finalized, we developed detailed storyboards for each video, aligning with Be Maad’s brand persona and the expectations of their target audience. These storyboards acted as a blueprint for our production team, ensuring that each video would deliver a compelling narrative while showcasing the luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation that defines Be Maad.
02. PRODUCTION
For the production phase, we flew to Jaipur with our full crew and equipment to capture Be Maad’s jewelry-making process. Over three days, we filmed on-site at their manufacturing facilities, showcasing the intricate craftsmanship behind each piece. From handcrafting to gemstone setting, we captured every step of the process, highlighting the fusion of traditional techniques and modern tools.
Our team focused on framing and lighting to emphasize the fine details of the jewelry and the artisans’ skill, ensuring each shot reflected the brand’s elegance and sophistication. This hands-on approach provided an authentic, behind-the-scenes look that would resonate with Be Maad’s audience and reinforce the brand’s commitment to artistry and quality.
03. Post Production
In the post-production phase, we focused on enhancing the visual and auditory elements to ensure the final videos were polished and ready for social media platforms. To ensure copyright compliance on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google, we purchased high-quality, royalty-free music that perfectly matched Be Maad’s sophisticated and luxurious brand tone.
For the visual aspect, we invested in cinematic color grading using DaVinci Resolve, ensuring the footage had a refined, high-end look that aligned with BeMaad’s brand identity. The grading process helped enhance the vibrant colors and intricate details of the jewelry, adding depth and sophistication to the visuals.
We also incorporated subtle VFX to further elevate the storytelling—adding visual elements that highlighted the jewelry’s design and craftsmanship without overpowering the natural beauty of the footage. This combination of advanced color grading and light VFX, paired with carefully selected music, created a seamless and immersive viewing experience, making the final videos not only engaging but also perfectly suited for Be Maad’s social media campaigns.
